DGEL Ocean: Eight Magnetic Blues from Marine Depth to Crystal Foam

The DGEL Ocean collection brings eight magnetic gel shades together in a focused palette of deep marine blue, bright aqua and crystal-toned colour. The official swatch card shows how the same cool colour story can move from dark, moody depth to a light, glassy finish.

Eight ocean-inspired shades

The set includes DS.253 Marine Depth, DS.254 Deep Abyss, DS.255 Glacier Shine, DS.256 Crystal Foam, DS.257 Aqua Current, DS.258 Blue Current, DS.259 Ocean Drift and DS.260 Marine Flow. Each is a magnetic gel designed to create a dimensional cat-eye effect when shaped with a nail magnet before curing.

Deep Abyss and Blue Current also contain reflective glitter. Under flash or direct light, these two shades add a brighter sparkle while keeping the collection’s blue and aqua palette.

Choosing a finish

Marine Depth and Deep Abyss suit darker feature nails, while Glacier Shine and Crystal Foam offer a paler, more translucent-looking effect. Aqua Current, Blue Current, Ocean Drift and Marine Flow sit between those ends of the palette, making the set useful for tonal gradients, alternating colour sets and layered magnetic designs.

Application notes

Prepare the nail and apply a compatible cured base gel. Apply a thin layer of colour, hold a nail magnet near the uncured gel to position the reflective particles, then cure according to the lamp and product instructions. Repeat with a second thin layer if more depth is wanted. Finish with a compatible top gel and cure fully. The collection is intended for professional use.
