Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for cosmetic items, including nail gels, once they have been delivered.
Exceptions – Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in ensuring all items are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@koreannails.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and, if accepted, offer a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and remain in their original packaging to be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Opened, unsealed, or used cosmetic products
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Change-of-mind or unwanted gifts
- Sale or promotional items
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since confirmation of your refund, please contact us at info@koreannails.co.uk.
Your UK Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement for any goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
